Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return: Email enquiries@so-glow.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. If approved, return shipping is your responsibility.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.

Exclusions:
Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale.
